Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”)
In terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”) all Personal
Information as defined in terms of POPIA will be kept by R&A on a confidential basis and
will not be made available to third parties unless you authorize beforehand or if R&A is
required to divulge such information in the public interest or under any other law.

Should you wish to terminate the relationship and/or want us to delete your Personal
Information, you must inform Rubin Wealth in writing and address it to the Information Protection
Officer at email: brett@rubinwealth.co.za. Kindly note that Rubin Wealth may be required in terms of
FAIS and FICA legislation to keep your Personal Information for a period of 5 years after
termination of relationship.
